Serving as a core member of the Senior Leadership team, On-Hill Operations Manager will lead and oversee all facets of hill operations, ensuring seamless, safe and exceptional experience for members, guests and staff. You will ensure that on-hill operations are aligned with Programs, Patrol, Events, Food & Beverage, Membership and Finance departments. You will be a dynamic and strategic leader who will develop innovative operational strategies, manage large-scale projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will create a collaborative culture, drive operational excellence, optimize processes and build strong partnerships to elevate the overall performance of our Club. Your energetic leadership will inspire teams, streamline operations and contribute to the long-term success of our Club operations.
