SAM Magazine—Saint-Sauveur, Quebec, Sept. 23, 2025—Les Sommets, which owns and operates five resorts in Quebec, has promoted three long-standing employees to corporate vice president roles.Simon Pagé Simon Pagé was named executive vice president and deputy general manager of the company. Isabelle St-Germain was appointed as VP of finance, and Pierre Charest as VP of operations.

Isabelle St-GermainA former SAMMY Leadership Award winner, Pagé began his career in 1999. He started as a ski instructor at les Sommets’ flagship resort, Sommet Saint-Sauveur, before working his way up to manager of the resort. Under his leadership, the resort was recognized with the NSAA Conversion Cup. Pagé later served as director of guest experience for the les Sommets group and most recently as vice president of guest experience. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s overall strategy in collaboration with Dufour.
St-Germain, a CPA, CA, and auditor, has more than 20 years of experience in accounting. She joined les Sommets in 2012 as director of finance and later senior director of finance. In her new position, she will play a key role overseeing the group’s financial management and planning.
Pierre CharestWith les Sommets since 1997, Charest has held numerous management positions in operations and retail sales throughout the company, most recently serving as senior director of retail sales. As VP of operations, he will now oversee the resorts Sommet Olympia, Sommet Gabriel, and Sommet Morin Heights, while also managing retail shops, repair workshops, and food services company-wide.
