The PEAK Navigator workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18 as part of the ISKINY/PSAA Expo. Room TBA. In the workshop, you'll learn more about the impact of leadership behavior on organizations.

What is the PLI leadership self-assessment?

As part of the PEAK Navigator program you'll take the Performance Leader Identifier (PLI) from UK-based Real World Group. It is designed to identify the behaviors you use to create superior, sustainable performance in your organization. It's a forced-choice assessment asking you to select behaviors most/least like you. Give yourself some focused, quiet time to complete the assessment. Remember, this doesn't measure your personality or competence, but rather the behaviors you tend to use frequently/infrequently.
