What is the PLI leadership self-assessment?

As part of the PEAK Navigator program you'll take the Performance Leader Identifier (PLI) from UK-based Real World Group. It is designed to identify the behaviors you use to create superior, sustainable performance in your organization. It's a forced-choice assessment asking you to select behaviors most/least like you. Give yourself some focused, quiet time to complete the assessment. Remember, this doesn't measure your personality or competence, but rather the behaviors you tend to use frequently/infrequently. Learn more about the science behind the PLI here.

What should I expect from the One-on-One Report Debrief?

An accredited High Peaks Group coach will be available to walk you through your PLI report. In this conversation, you will reflect on your behaviors and how that impacts your performance as a leader. You will also get a learning plan guide to complete afterward to apply your learning and raise your game.

What should I expect from the Peer-to-Peer Discussions?

PEAK Navigator participants will come together on November 4 in an online workshop. In that workshop, you'll learn more about the impact of leadership behavior on organizations. Also, you'll have a chance to coach and be coached by a peer.
