With Denver as the site for the 1991 Discover America International Pow Wow, skiing gained prominence. This international travel trade show, held in ski country for the first time, brings in journalists from 57 countries. Although most booths were dominated by the Disneys and such, Colorado Ski Country was able to procure some prime space and attention throughout the conference.
