The Black Mountain Express started at 9:00 a.m. and began serving the intermediate High Noon trail at mid-mountain. The area also has six features in the High Divide Terrain Park. Temperatures were in the 20s, and there was an inch of new snow on an 18-inch base. “We're extremely excited to be the first ski area to open in Colorado,” said Alan Henceroth, Arapahoe Basin COO.
