Resiliency Facilitator: Paul Thallner

Paul Thallner is a principal at Daggerwing Group - a top 10 change management consultancy - and founder of High Peaks Group. Paul played a key role in the initial development of the Summit Series program, facilitates our group calls on the topic of resilience and serves as an adviser to our mentors. For more than 25 years, he's been an organizational development expert, strategic advisor, executive coach, and facilitator. He's also the author of the new book Reinventing Resilience: How Organizations Move Beyond Setbacks to Grow Through Challenges.

Community Engagement Facilitator: Dr. Natalie Ooi

Dr. Natalie Ooi is a faculty member in the Master of Science in the Outdoor Recreation Economy (ORE) Program at the University of Colorado. She bridges the academic and ski industry worlds, having worked at Steamboat Springs Ski & Resort, before returning to academia to complete her dissertation on mountain resort tourism development. Dr. Ooi will facilitate the conversation on community and stakeholder engagement with this year's class of mentors and mentees.

Values-Driven Leadership Facilitator: Mark Gasta

Mark Gasta is the Associate Director of the University of Colorado's Outdoor Recreation Economy (ORE) Program where he serves as the faculty lead for the introduction to the ORE certification, faculty lead for the leading a sustainable business in the ORE certification, and mentor for students to be values-driven leaders. Prior to joining academia, Mark was Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer for Vail Resorts Management Company. In this position, Mark was responsible for planning and executing on organization-wide people strategies designed to increase organization effectiveness and enhance organizational performance and health.
